Not only are they the recipients of favored insider status on no bid contracts, they have absolutely no shame when it comes to gouging American Taxpayers on the performance of those IDIQ (infinite delivery, infinite quantity) contracts. CheneyBurton is charging 4 times the estimated top price for transportation of gasoline from Kuwait into Iraq. When is America going to wake up and run Cheney and his fellow rip-off artists out of the country or into jail.
